Tender Announcement for the first time
The Chairman of the Tenders Committee of the Directorate of Military Works announces the need of the Ministry of Defense for the Directorate of Military Works to carry out repair work for engineering equipment, dredging, digging and bagging machine 680 in Lattakia Governorate, according to an internal contract P/I Al-MannStory
Those wishing to carry out the works can view the required documents and obtain the technical and special books of conditions and the bill of quantities from the building of the Military Works Administration - the Tenders Committee as of its date in return for paying its value of a financial nature of (6000) SYP
The bids are organized and submitted in accordance with the provisions of Articles (19-35) of the lawNo. /2/ for the year 2022 AD within two closed envelopes, and these two envelopes are placed in a third envelope entitled in the name of the Department of Military Works _ Tenders Committee, and on it is written the subject of the tender, the date specified for the closing of offers, and the chosen domicile
The first envelope contains the following
1- A request to participate in the tender with the prescribed stamps attached (a financial stamp of 100,000 SP with sufficientFees in addition to all fees incurred by temporary guarantees and war effort (300 SP) and a martyr stamp (200 SP)
2- A written statement from the bidder that he has reviewed the book of general conditions and the books of special conditions (legal, financial - technical) and that he accepts all the terms and conditions contained therein
3- Documents proving the availability of the conditions stipulated inArticle /16/ of Law /2/ of 2022 AD
4- A financial receipt for the purchase of the file
The second envelope: It contains the financial offer with individual and total price tables
