Description:
The United Nations Disengagement Observer Force (UNDOF) invites qualified and experienced contractors to express interest in establishing, operating, and managing a Retail Shop and Cafeteria within its compound at Camp Faouar, Syrian Arab Republic. The facilities will serve UNDOF personnel and authorized visitors by providing essential goods and food services in a secure, accessible, and professional environment. Scope of Work: Retail Shop:•Design and furnish the allocated space to meet modern retail standards.•Install fixtures, shelving, lighting, and point-of-sale systems.•Ensure compliance with safety, accessibility, and hygiene regulations.•Stock and sell a range of essential items including snacks, beverages, toiletries, stationery, and other convenience goods. Cafeteria:•Design and equip the cafeteria area with appropriate kitchen and dining facilities.•Provide a variety of freshly prepared meals, snacks, and beverages.•Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and customer service.•Offer vegetarian and dietary options as required.
