Request to lure offers in the sealed circumstance at the total speed
The Ministry of Sports and Youth announces the announcement of a request to lure offers in the sealed circumstance at the total speed to create, prepare and invest the municipal pool site, tennis courts and the wedding hall in the Hamra area of the governorate Homs according to the books of the conditions prepared for this purpose:
Initial insurance: / 50,000,000 / SP only: fifty million Syrian pounds.
Final insurance: 3 % of the contract value.
Insurance is paid under a certified check or cash in the account of the General Sports Federation in Damascus or under a bank guarantee.
Duration of the contract: /25 / Year + two years free processing period that the investor benefits from the end of the investment period.
Delay fine: 0.1 % per thousand for each day delay.
The required identification papers specified in Article 11 / of Law / 51 / of 2004.
The period of the bidder's association with a presentation / 90 / day from the date of the last date to submit the offers .
The offers are submitted to the General Court of the Ministry of Sports and Youth until the end of the official working hours from Tuesday 19/20/2025 AD.
The offers will be made on the next business day.
It is possible to see and obtain the file from the headquarters of the Ministry of Sports and Youth in Damascus - Al -Barameka for an amount of 500,000 / S.

No subscription request is accepted by the following:
1- Request for a subscription to lure offers in the sealed circumstance, accompanied by the receipt of payment of fees for the subscription in accordance with the laws and regulations in force.
