Damascus Governorate announces its desire to request offers to establish football training fields within the Governorate Club facility on part of Al-Maqasim (309-310- 311) Kafarsouseh Investment Organization according to the B.O.T system.
According to the book of special technical, financial and legal conditionsOrganized for this purpose and in accordance with the following
Initial deposits: /50,000,000/ for 0 S only, fifty million Syrian pounds only, paid in cash, by a check certified by the order of the Damascus Governorate, by a bank transfer, or by a bank guarantee issued by the accredited banks in the Syrian Arab Republic according to the forms approved by them and recorded. The final deposits are paid within a maximum period of thirty days from the date of referral by a certified check issued by the Damascus Governorate or by a bank guarantee issued by accredited banks in the Syrian Arab Republic in accordance with Opaque modelsIf the offer includes more than one partner, all of these partners must submit the temporary and final insurance in their names, under penalty of rejection of their offer. And their offer should include wordsThe term of the contract: fifteen calendar years, including the implementation period, which is limited to a maximum of 180 days.
