Bidding in a sealed envelope in accordance with the provisions of the Contracts Law The unified law issued by Law No. 51 of 2004
Initial deposits / 15,000,000 / S.P. only fifteen million Syrian pounds, payable by certified check, bank guarantee, or in the account of the Ministry of Local Administration No. / 7500100413683221 / with the Central Bank of Syria
Final deposit: 10% of the referral value
The duration of the bidder's commitment to his offer: /120/ One hundred and twenty days from the date of the last date for accepting offers
Duration of the nominated bidder's commitment to his offer: 90 days from the day following his notification that the bid has been awarded to him.
-Delivery location: Company headquarters (Bab Musalla)
-Bus delivery period: /15/ only fifteen days from the date of notification of the direct order
-Offers are submitted to the company's general office, Damascus, Bab Musalla The Traffic Department side is in a closed and sealed envelope containing two envelopes
1) The first envelope contains the identification papers and initial insurance
2) The second envelope contains the financial and commercial offer
-The deadline for receiving offers is until the end of official working hours on (Sunday) December 14, 2025.
-Bid closing date is 10:00 AM Monday, 12/15/2025
-Whoever wishes to participate in the bidding must visit the Contracts Department to obtain the booklet of conditions for an amount of 500,000/SYP only, five hundred thousand Syrian pounds only. .
