The General Corporation for Drinking Water and Sanitation in Homs Governorate announces its desire to conduct an internal tender using the sealed envelope method to implement the following:

Deadline for accepting offers: The end of official working hours on November 19, 2025 AD, and offers must be submitted to the General Office of the Foundation.

Duration of engagement: ninety (90) days
Temporary insurances: attached to the offer and presented by means of a transfer or bank guarantee valid during the duration of the engagement, or a certified check made payable to the institution, or through the institution's fund.
The final insurance is 10% of the referral value
Warranty period: one year
a fine Delay: (0.1%) one per thousand for every day of delay
The bidder must submit all his supporting documents along with a classification decision issued by the competent authorities in the category (1-2-3-4-excellent), specializing in drilling wells, and register his full address in the offer. Any contrary offer will be rejected.
The file can be obtained from the Contracts Department for 50,000 SYP
