-Trade Union Organization Law No. 84 of 1968 and its amendments

Applying: Anyone who meets the legal conditions has the right to submit the offer
Legal terms:
Exhibitors and the like must be registered in the register Commercial and not deprived of contracting
With public authorities and submitting the documents required under the Contract Law and documents proving experience and financial solvency
The provisions of Law No. 51 of 2004 apply regarding delay in implementation or exceeding the agreed upon contractual period.
The initial deposit is 5,000 US dollars, paid into the Union Fund
Final insurances 10% of the value of the contract amount
