Announcement for the first time
The Executive Committee of the General Sports Federation in Tartous and the Al -Sahel Sports Club announces a public auction for the dismantling and composition of the old artificial grass and the presentation and installation of a new artificial herb, maintenance and investment of two hexagonal herbal fields with their facilities at the Al -Sahel Sports Club facility according to the following
1- The period of the contract / 10 years / ten AD years starting from the date of granting the investor- the immediate order is added to it / 100 days / one hundred days of free processing period added at the end of the investment period
2- The area of the investment site with the services attached to the two herbal stadiums / 2692 square meters /
3- Initial insurance two million Syrian pounds / 2000,000 Syrian pounds only. 4- Final insurance 10 per wate is for the full annual investment allowance and is paid within 10 days / from the date of signing the contract
5- The price of a copy of the conditions book / 50,000 Syrian pounds only / fifty thousand Syrian pounds, not only
6- The initial price of the annual investment allowance / 40,000,000 Syrian pounds only / forty million Syrian pounds only / subject to an increase of a vehicle of ten percent from the third year of investment and successively until the end of the contract
