1- Bids are submitted in a sealed envelope with the bidder's name, address, file number and closing date written in clear writing and sent by mail or delivered to the company's bid receiving office as written at the address mentioned below
2- Initial deposits: for the foreign bidder: 4,000 euros ( Four thousand) or 38,000,000 (thirty-eight million) lireSyrian pounds for the local bidder: 38,000,000 (thirty-eight million)
3- Prices: Prices are presented in Syrian pounds for the local and foreign bidder
4- The validity of the offer is 90 days from the closing date
5- The possibility of divisibility is indivisible
6- The contract period is 30 days "
7- Prequalification: Required and included" in the application as a fourth envelope
8- InsuranceThe final price is 5% of the total value of the contract
9- The late fine is applied according to what is stated in the book of conditions
10- The deadline for submitting offers is twenty-three in the afternoon on 1/23/2024
