According to the technical conditions mentioned in the Technical Conditions Book No. 276/26/4/2 dated 3/11/2026 and the Special Conditions Book (Financial Legal) No. 451/26/8/3 dated 3/12/2026, which can be obtained from the Contracts Department of the institution in exchange for an amount of 1000 SYP one thousand new Syrian pounds paid in cash in Foundation Fund Initial deposits: They are set at an amount of $4,500 only, four thousand five hundred US dollars only, and must be submitted by certified check or transfer to our account at the Central Bank of Syria No. 186735849312. They may not be issued except with the approval of the general administration of the institution, and any offer that is not accompanied by it will be rejected.
