According to the technical specifications and conditions specified in the technical specifications booklet prepared for this purpose, No. 6144/AM, dated 11/24/2025, and the special conditions booklet (financial and legal) No. 1215/26/8/3, dated 12/1/2025, which can be obtained from the institution-s contracts department in exchange for an amount of 100,000 SYP one hundred thousand liras.
