The Quneitra Health Directorate / Golan National Hospital / announces a request for quotations
Interior for the first time using the sealed envelope method for the project / cleaning work of the Golan National Hospital /
The offers are submitted in three envelopes, which are placed in a fourth envelope entitled “Health Directorate.” Kenitra and write on it a summary of its contents, the name and address of the exhibitor in detail, along with phone numbers
The envelopes must contain the following:
The first envelope: contains the identification papers and documents required in the book of general and special conditions, in addition to the required initial (temporary) insurance
The second envelope: contains the technical presentation
The third envelope: It contains the financial offer with a table of individual and total prices
Whoever wishes to participate in the request for offers must visit the Contracts Division to review the file and books of conditions and obtain them for / 200,000 / SYP only, two hundred thousand Syrian pounds, to be paid to the hospital fund
Primary insurance: / 10,000,000 / SYP only ten million Syrian pounds and nothing else
Final insurance: 10% of the final referral value
