The second contains: the technical presentation.
The third contains: the financial offer.
These envelopes are placed in a fourth envelope addressed in the name of Lattakia Hospital for Heart Diseases and Surgery, with the subject of the request for offers and the specific date written on it.
Conditions:
Initial insurance: 5,000,000/ only five million Syrian pounds For each offer separately, it must be submitted by check or bank guarantee.
Final insurance: 10% of the contract value.
Implementation period: one calendar year starting from the date of the directive order
Warranty period: throughout the contract period.
Duration of the bidder's commitment to his offer: sixty days from the day following the end of the deadline for submitting bids.
Duration of the nominated contractor's engagement: sixty days From the day following his notification of the assignment of the pledge to him.
The value of the book of conditions / 200,000 / two hundred thousand Syrian pounds only.
