Requesting internal offers for the first time
The National Institute of Public Administration announces requests to clean the institute building in accordance with the technical specifications set for that
-Temporary insurance is 3600,000 S. only three million six hundred thousand Syrian pounds only. Pay underCertified check or bank guarantee and from both exhibitors in joint offers
-Final insurance 10% of the contract value
-Execution period: a full Gregorian year from the date of the direct order
-The period of the bidder is linked to his presentation / 90 / day from the day following the date of notification.The working hours on Tuesday, 4/22/2025 and the end of the official working hours on Wednesday, 7/5/2025 AD, and the offers will be made on the day following the end of the presentations.
Offers are submitted within three envelopes placed in a fourth sealed envelope and appointed in the name of the party specified by the advertisement and the subject of requesting offers is written according to the following:
1 - The first envelope containsOn the identification papers and initial insurance
2 - The second envelope contains the technical offer
3 - The third envelope contains the financial offer
