Announcing an internal tender for the second time and completely quickly
Lattakia University Hospital announces the holding of an internal tender to carry out the maintenance and operation of the elevators invested in the hospital. Anyone who wishes to participate and who meets the conditions stipulated in the contract system must participate. Promulgated by Law No. 51 of 2004, the bid must be submitted in two sealed envelopes, and these envelopes must be placed in a third envelope on which the name of the bidder is written, according to the following:
The first envelope: contains the initial insurance and identification papers with a financial stamp of 100,000 SYP affixed to it + 50,000 SYP for the request to participate in the tender and for temporary guarantees.
Second envelope It contains the financial and commercial offer, including the individual and total prices of the materials provided.
Primary insurance / 6,900,000 / only six million and nine hundred thousand Syrian pounds for less.
Final deposit / 10% of the total value of the referral.
Implementation period: one full calendar year, starting from the day following the date on which the contractor is notified of an order Directness.
Duration of the bidder's commitment to his offer: Three months starting from the date of opening the bids, automatically renewed once if no objection occurs within seven days following the expiration date of the period.
The offer is not divisible.
To obtain a booklet of technical, legal and financial conditions, visit the Hospital Supplies and Contracts Department for an amount of /75,000/ L. Only seventy-five thousand Syrian pounds, to be paid according to a receipt in the hospital fund.
