- Call for External Collaborator - Comprehensive review of wage setting & private-sector wage data analysis; development of tripartite action plans on minimum wage and equal pay — ILO ROAS / Syria, Job-rich Early Recovery Support Programme The Consultant will (i) design and deliver an awareness workshop on minimum wage setting and pay equity; (ii) conduct a comprehensive review of wage-setting practices and the minimum wage system in Syria (covering public and private sectors and the situation of equal pay for women); (iii) collect and analyze private-sector wage data to build a reference dataset (disaggregated by sector, occupation, firm size, governorate, and gender) to inform scenario testing; and (iv) facilitate a tripartite action-planning workshop to produce draft action plans and inputs for ILO reporting on C131 and C100.
