Due to the total speed, Syrian Airlines announces its desire to conduct an internal tender for the third time to purchase and install a rear engine for air conditioner No. 221/p GM92V6 for a period not exceeding/30/calendar days, according to the system of unified public authorities contracts issued by Law No. 51/of 2004 and the book of conditions General issued by Legislative Decree No. 450 /of 2004 and in accordance with technical specifications and the financial conditions book and human rights note on the announcement of the tender according to the following
1- Initial Insurance/ 1,745,000/ SP only one million seven hundred and forty -five thousand, but not
2- Final insurance ten percent of the contract value
3- Delay fines 0.001 per thousand of the total contracted value for each day delay
