The Endowments Directorate announces Daraa expressed its desire to hold a public auction to offer basement No. 2 of the Al-Omari Mosque in Khirbet Ghazal on property 1.090/ Khirbet Ghazala real estate area, with an area of (967,175 m2) for investment in a public auction, in accordance with the special conditions books and contract system No. 51 of the year 2004, Law No. 31 of 2018 and Law No. 20 of 2015
the initial annual rent allowance for the auction (5400, 000 SP) Five million four hundred thousand Syrian pounds and nothing moreFor initial deposits: 1,000,000 S.P., one million Syrian pounds and nothing more, according to a cashier's receipt or a bank check. Final deposits: 2,000,000 S.P., two million Syrian pounds and nothing more. The investment period is five years. The bidder's commitment to his offer is thirty days. Anyone who wishes to participate in the public auction must visit the Office of the Directorate of StateHe stopped in Daraa to obtain the special booklet of conditions during official working hours in the amount of 15,000 Syrian pounds only, bringing with him a summary of the criminal record (not convicted)
The auction will take place at the directorate's headquarters in Daraa, located in the airport district, next to the Khalid bin Al-Walid Mosque - formerly Al-Furqan Institute, at ten in the morning on the following day. Tuesday, 12/12/2023
