Damascus Governorate announces its desire to conduct a public auction, offering the Al-Fardous garage located in Al-Salihiyah Gate, Maysloun Street, opposite the Al-Sham Hotel, to public auction as an investment based on the current situation (on the annual investment allowance) through a bidding Publicity
In accordance with the technical specifications and the financial and legal terms and conditions booklet regulated for this purpose and in accordance with the following
Requests to participate in the auction shall be submitted directly to the Auctions Committee in Damascus Governorate, in the presence of the governorate's auctioneer, at the time and date specified in this announcement, accompanied by the identification papers stipulated in Article 11 of the Unified Contracts System. Promulgated by Law No. 51 of 2004 and the temporary insurances specified in this announcement
The bidder must submit a merchant registration certificate document and a subscription document in one of the industrial, agricultural, commercial or tourism chambers. The subscription application must be affixed with a lump sum financial stamp of /100,000/SYP, a local administration stamp of /5100/SYP, a war effort stamp of /300/SYP, and a stamp. Reconstruction 10100/SYP and a martyr stamp/200/SYP
The auction will take place at twelve noon on December 9, 2025 in the Damascus Governorate building, fifth floor, room No. 534/0.
Temporary insurances: Temporary insurances were set at an amount of /150,000,000/SYP only, one hundred and fifty million Syrian pounds only, to be paid to the governorate fund according to an official receipt or under A duly certified Omgir check to the order of Damascus Governorate
