Start date: 04/02/2026 End date: 0000-00-00 Tartous City Council Public auction announcement for the third time The Tartous City Council announces the holding of a public auction for a temporary occupancy license to invest in the regulatory green strip south of the Iskenderun Bridge (The Mills), which is currently known as Hawaii Restaurant, in accordance with the provisions of the bylaws. The unified contracts issued by Law No. 51 of 2004 and the book of legal, financial and technical conditions for the auction Occupancy period: /5/ five years starting from the date of handover of the work site Temporary insurance: /150,000/ one hundred and fifty thousand new Syrian pounds only Final insurance: 10% percent of the total value of financial allowances Duration of the bidder-s commitment to the auction: ninety/90 days, starting from the day following the date specified for holding the auction The date specified for holding the auction: The date for holding the public auction is set for Sunday, April 19, 2026 at 11:00 p.m. In the morning in the Tartous City Council meeting hall, the auction will be held on the basis of the annual financial allowance due to the administration. Whoever wishes to participate in the auction must submit the necessary supporting documents according to what is specified in the book of conditions until the date of the auction and review the contracts department in the city council. Tartous to obtain a copy of the legal and financial conditions booklet for the auction and pay its financial value of /2000/new thousand Syrian pounds. 150656
