The General Organization for Trade, Storage and Processing of Grain announces its desire to conduct an internal and external tender to import
a quantity of /200/ thousand tonsMetric, soft, bread wheat for milling according to the book of special conditions (legal, technical and financial) No.
270/26/7/1 dated 7/23/2023 and with the following conditions
1- Temporary bonds /6/ six US dollars per ton offered or its equivalent in euros according to the currency rates bulletin issued by the Central Bank of Syria on the date of issuance of the temporary bonds instrument
2- The bidder orThe nominated pledge or undertaker, as the case may be (from Syrians or similar) to pay the temporary or final bonds from his bank account opened with one of the banks operating in the Syrian Arab Republic, exclusively by presenting a bank guarantee or certified check, or by means of a bank transfer from his account to the account of the Syrian Grain Corporation
3-Final bonds / 5% / of the contract value in US dollars
4- The shipment period for the quantity of / 200/ thousand tons / 60 / calendar days starts from the day following the date of notification of the direct order to the seller
5- Split offers are not accepted
6- The bidder specifies the source and origin Goods
7- Delay fine / 0.003 / three per thousand of the value of the quantity delayed in shipping it for KFor a day of delay, provided that the delay fine does not exceed /20%/ of the total value of the contract
8- Offers shall be submitted in US dollars only on the basis of Coast Freight Free Out and continue to the Syrian ports on board the ship
9- The value of the goods shall be paid in US dollars in coordination with the Central Bank of Syria
