Public bidding for these stalls will take place on Tuesday at eleven in the morning on 12/30/2025. Duration of occupancy: five years Temporary primary insurance: One million Syrian pounds only for each booth that is bid on Final deposits: (10%) of the value of the annual occupancy allowance and for the entire occupancy period, provided by bank transfer, duly certified check, or bank guarantee. Bidding is conducted for the annual occupancy allowance Duration of the bidder-s engagement with his offer: 30 days from the date of winning the auction The file can be viewed at the Baniyas City Council in the Contracts Division and purchased for an amount of (500,000) Syrian pounds only, five hundred thousand Syrian pounds, during official working hours.
