- Start date: 05-05-2026 Completion date: 05-24-2026 Health Directorate in Damascus Governorate Internal tender announcement The Damascus Health Directorate announces its desire to hold a tender for a project to maintain and repair electrical generating sets in the Damascus Health Directorate, Ibn al-Nafis Hospital, Ibn Rushd Hospital, and the Specialized Hospital. For skin diseases, health centers and events affiliated with the Damascus Health Directorate in accordance with the general conditions and the book of special conditions (financial, legal and technical) and in accordance with the following: Primary insurance: /5%/ of the estimated statement value Final insurance: 10% of the contract value Duration of implementation of the pledge: one year One of the direct order history Delay fines are one per thousand for each day of delay, provided that they do not exceed 20% of the total contract value Duration of the bidder-s commitment to his offer: Three months from the date of submission of the offer. As for the nominated bidder, the provisions of Law No. 51 of 2004 apply to him. Warranty period: one year from Direct order date Condition books can be obtained from the Damascus Health Directorate/Contracts Division for an amount of (1,500) one thousand five hundred new Syrian pounds. The submitted offers and the contract are subject to the provisions of the contract system issued by Law No. 51 of 2004 and the book of general conditions for the contract system issued by decree. No. 450 of 2004 Offers shall be submitted to the office of the Damascus Health Directorate no later than the end of the official working hours on Sunday 5/24/2026. 68569
