Only fifteen million Syrian pounds. -Final deposits: 10%/ten percent of the referral value. -Delay fine: 0.001/one per thousand for each day of delay of the total value of the contract. Implementation period: 30 days starting from the day following the date Notify the contractor of the direct order.
