Public Auction subject: Investing in commercial store No. 2 in Al-Nidal Club According to the book of special technical, legal and financial conditions located at the headquarters of the Sports Directorate Auction location: Headquarters of the Sports and Youth Directorate in Damascus in Al-Fayhaa Sports City Submission of offers begins from the date of publication Advertisement in the Official Gazette The deadline for submitting offers is the end of official working hours on Wednesday, 3/25/2026 Auction date: Thursday 3/26/2026 at twelve noon Investment period: Five calendar years starting from the date the investor is granted the direct order. Primary insurances: /150,000/ SYP only, one hundred and fifty thousand Syrian pounds only (new currency), paid in cash into the directorate-s account, by certified check, or bank guarantee. Final insurance: 10% of the total value for the entire investment allowance for all years and is paid in cash, certified check, transfer, or guarantee.
