The contract system issued by Law No. 51 of 2004 must be submitted in three sealed envelopes. These envelopes are placed in a fourth envelope on which the name of the bidder is written according to the following
The first envelope: It contains the initial insurance and identification papers with a financial stamp of 100,000 SYP and 50,000 SYP stuck on it. Q for requesting participation in the tenderA. Temporary guarantees
The second envelope: contains the technical offer and technical specifications
The third envelope: contains the financial and commercial offer, including the individual and total prices for the materials provided
Initial deposits / 15,525,000 / only fifteen million five hundred and twenty-five thousand Syrian pounds only
Final deposits / 10% of Value aFor total referral
Implementation period: The required materials are provided within the shortest period, provided that it does not exceed one month starting from the day following the date on which the contractor is notified of the order to begin
Duration of the bidder's commitment to his offer: Three months starting from the date of opening the bids, automatically renewed once in the event that there is no objection within seven days Follows the end date of the term

Materials of Turkish origin are not accepted
To obtain a booklet of technical, legal and financial conditions, refer to the Hospital's Supplies and Contracts Department for an amount of only 75,000 seventy-five thousand Syrian pounds, to be paid according to a receipt in the hospital fund
