• Start date: 02-17-2026 Completion date: 03-08-2026 Commercial Bank of Syria - General Administration Bidding - for the second time - Providing maintenance and repair services for central UPS devices of all types (APC, Meta, UPSEN, MAKELSAN), and accepting split offers according to the bank-s interest. -Last appointment To receive offers: until the end of official working hours on Sunday, corresponding to 3/8/2026 AD, at the General Administration Office of the Commercial Bank of Syria, and offers will be opened at 10:00 AM on Monday, corresponding to 3/9/2026 AD, in the General Administration - headquarters of the meeting committee. Tenders -Temporary insurance: /2,050,000/SYP only, two million and fifty thousand Syrian pounds only, and attaching a cash notice to pay a lump sum stamp duty in the amount of /50,000/SYP only, fifty thousand Syrian pounds only for the temporary guarantee provided. -Final insurance: 10% of the total value For contract Implementation period: One calendar year, renewable for an additional year if the administration so desires, for a period not exceeding two years after the first year, provided that all UPS devices are placed in a state of complete readiness during the first two months from the start of implementation. The duration of the bidder-s commitment to his offer: 120 days only. One hundred and twenty days from the date of submission of offers The duration of the nominated bidder-s engagement: 60 days only, sixty days from the day following his notification of the assignment of the pledge to him in writing. -Delay fine: 1- Periodic maintenance: (0.001) only one per thousand of the total contract value for each day of delay, 2- Emergency maintenance: (0.001) only one per thousand of the value of the emergency maintenance bill for each day of delay, provided that the total of these fines does not exceed 20% twenty percent of the total value of the undertaking, even if the administration is not attached...
